Refund Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Overview

Because Idea-to-Epic delivers AI compute the moment credits are spent, we treat payments as consumable digital services. This page explains the exact conditions under which we issue refunds.

Credit packs (one-time purchases)

  • Unused packs: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been consumed.
  • Partially used packs: Not refundable. Once you start spending credits from a pack, we've already paid for the AI compute on your behalf.
  • Failed generations: If a generation fails due to a bug on our end, the credits are automatically restored to your balance. No refund request needed.

Subscriptions

  • First payment: Full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, if you have consumed 20 or fewer credits from your monthly allotment.
  • Renewals: Renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime from your account page — cancellation stops future renewals immediately and you keep access through the end of the current period.
  • Downgrades / upgrades: Effective at the next renewal. Prorated refunds are not issued for mid-cycle plan changes.

Not eligible for refund

  • Consumed credits, including credits used to generate content you don't like.
  • Expired credits (credits expire 12 months after purchase).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
